IMG-20260415-WA0051.jpg 51.07 KB جلسة نقاش مركزة مع القادة المؤثرين في محافظة الحسكة بعنوان: السلم الأهلي... مجتمع متماسك وآمن نظّمت جمعية المودة الخيرية، وبرعاية محافظ الحسكة، جلسة نقاش مركزة في مدينة الحسكة بعنوان "السلم الأهلي... مجتمع متماسك وآمن"، بمشاركة نخبة من القادة المجتمعيين والمؤثرين، وممثلين عن الجهات الرسمية، ووجهاء العشائر العربية والكردية، وشخصيات سياسية وثقافية، إضافة إلى فعاليات مدنية واجتماعية من مختلف مكونات المحافظة. هدفت الجلسة إلى مناقشة سبل تعزيز السلم الأهلي وترسيخ قيم التماسك المجتمعي، بوصفهما ركيزتين أساسيتين لتحقيق الاستقرار والتنمية المستدامة، إضافة إلى التأكيد على أهمية الشراكة المجتمعية في بناء مستقبل أكثر أمناً وازدهاراً. واستُهلت الجلسة بعرض مادة مرئية أعدّتها الجمعية، تضمنت آراء ومداخلات من أبناء المجتمع المحلي حول مفهوم السلم الأهلي، حيث شدّد المشاركون على أهمية احترام التنوع الثقافي والاجتماعي الذي تتميز به محافظة الحسكة، واعتباره مصدر قوة وغنى يعزز الهوية الوطنية الجامعة. وشهدت الجلسة حواراً تفاعلياً معمقاً تناول التحديات التي قد تؤثر على النسيج المجتمعي، وفي مقدمتها خطاب الكراهية والانقسام، حيث أكد الحضور ضرورة استبداله بخطاب إيجابي قائم على الاحترام المتبادل، والتسامح، وقبول الآخر، وتعزيز ثقافة الحوار. كما شدد المشاركون على أهمية إشراك جميع المكونات المجتمعية في عمليات صنع القرار وبناء السلام المحلي، مؤكدين أن تحقيق السلم الأهلي يتطلب تكاملاً بين الأدوار الحكومية والمجتمعية والتنموية، إلى جانب سياسات عادلة تراعي التنوع وتكافؤ الفرص. وفي ختام الجلسة، أوصى الحضور بمواصلة تنظيم اللقاءات الحوارية الجامعة، وتوسيع مساحات التفاهم والتواصل بين مختلف الأطراف، بما يسهم في ترسيخ الأمن المجتمعي وتعزيز الاستقرار المستدام في محافظة الحسكة. Focused Discussion Session with Influential Leaders in Al-Hasakah Governorate Titled: Civil Peace... A Cohesive and Safe SocietyAl-Mawaddah Charity Association, under the patronage of the Governor of Al-Hasakah, organized a focused discussion session in Al-Hasakah city entitled “Civil Peace... A Cohesive and Safe Society,” with the participation of prominent community leaders, government representatives, tribal dignitaries from Arab and Kurdish communities, political and cultural figures, as well as civil society actors representing the diverse components of the governorate.The session aimed to discuss practical approaches to strengthening civil peace and reinforcing social cohesion as key pillars for stability and sustainable development, while highlighting the importance of community partnership in building a safer and more prosperous future.The event commenced with a visual presentation prepared by the association, featuring views from local residents on the concept of civil peace. Participants emphasized the importance of respecting the cultural and social diversity that characterizes Al-Hasakah and recognizing it as a source of strength and collective national identity.The session then featured an in-depth interactive dialogue addressing challenges that may affect the social fabric, particularly hate speech and division. Attendees stressed the need to replace such narratives with positive discourse based on mutual respect, tolerance, acceptance, and constructive dialogue.Participants also highlighted the importance of ensuring the inclusion of all social components in decision-making and local peacebuilding processes, noting that sustainable civil peace requires integrated governmental, community, and development efforts supported by fair and inclusive policies.At the conclusion of the session, attendees recommended continuing inclusive dialogue initiatives and expanding channels of communication and understanding among all stakeholders, contributing to long-term stability and strengthened community security in Al-Hasakah Governorate.
